Terms of Service

These terms govern the relationship between Reactive Studio s.r.o. (ID: 07388675, registered at 5. května 266, Měšice) as the provider and the client as the customer of mobile application development services and related consultations.

The provider offers: • Initial consultations (60 minutes, online via Google Meet) • Mobile application development for iOS and Android • Application management, hosting and support • Design, testing and store publication

The initial consultation costs CZK 1,490 on weekdays. Weekends and holidays include a surcharge (2× base price). Payment is made via bank transfer using a QR code with a 30-minute deadline. The consultation fee is deducted from any ordered service. A) Subscription: Monthly flat fees for development and operations per selected tier. Minimum commitment matches the development period (min. 3 months). B) One-time investment: Payment in two parts — 50% deposit before project starts, 50% upon delivery. Monthly maintenance per tier is required after completion.

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed before the consultation. The provider commits to not sharing client information with third parties without written consent for 2 years from signing.

All rights to the developed application transfer to the client upon full payment. The provider reserves the right to use general principles and know-how gained during development.

Consultation reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment at no charge. Late cancellations are non-refundable. Development contracts have a 3-month minimum commitment, after which they can be terminated with 1 month notice.

The provider is liable for proper delivery of services per specification. Maximum compensation is limited to the amount of fees paid in the last 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

Services are primarily provided in Czech. Consultations in English are available, however the provider is not a native English speaker and communication may have limitations.
