How much does a custom warehouse system cost?
Basic stock records start at CZK 4,900 per month as a subscription, or from CZK 49,000 one-time. A system with barcodes and e-shop integration starts at CZK 9,900 per month, and a full WMS with a mobile app at CZK 29,990 per month. Development, hosting, operations and support are included.
How long does development take?
Basic stock records are live in 1–2 months, a system with barcodes and integrations in 2–3 months, and a complete WMS with directed picking in 3–4 months. We deploy gradually — you won't stop the warehouse for the transition.
Can the system connect to our e-shop and accounting?
Yes, that's the most common requirement. Stock levels sync to your e-shop (Shoptet, WooCommerce, custom builds) in real time and documents flow to your accounting — Pohoda, Money, Helios, ABRA. No more manual copying and overselling.
What scanners and hardware will we need?
Often none — the system also works on regular phones with a camera. For busy operations we recommend rugged scanners (Zebra, Honeywell) that we integrate with the system. But we choose hardware based on your real workload.
Can the system handle batches, expiry dates and serial numbers?
Yes. For food and cosmetics we track batches and expiry dates with FEFO picking, for electronics serial numbers linked to warranties and service. We configure the rules for your product range.
What if we have multiple warehouses or branches?
A custom system is built for that — multiple warehouses, transfers between them, stock reservations for branches and separate access for individual teams. You see the total picture as well as the detail of each warehouse.
