Custom ERP — a business system without million-crown licences
SAP Business One, Helios or Money S4 can do almost everything — and that is exactly the problem. You pay licences for dozens of modules while actually using three, implementation costs hundreds of thousands to millions, and every adjustment „to fit your company“ is another invoice from the implementation partner.
We build custom ERP the other way round: we start with the module that hurts your company most — orders, production, inventory or invoicing — and extend the system gradually as you grow. You pay a monthly fee from CZK 9,900 that covers development, operations, support and further growth. No per-user licences, no upfront investment in the millions.
The result is a system that mirrors your processes, not the other way around. You don't bend your production to what the box allows — and your data stays yours, connected to accounting, your e-shop and attendance.
When an off-the-shelf ERP holds the company back
You pay for modules you don't use
Licence bundles of big ERPs are sold in dozens of modules. A company really uses a fraction of them — but pays for all, every year, often per user on top.
Implementation costs a fortune and takes a year
Deploying a classic ERP is a 6–18 month project with a budget that rarely holds. We deploy a custom system module by module — the first part is live in 2–3 months.
Your processes must adapt to the system
The box dictates what an order, a production ticket or a stock movement looks like. When your operation works differently, Excel workarounds grow next to the system — and the data stops adding up.
Every change is an extra invoice
Changes in a boxed ERP are made by a certified partner at hourly rates. With us, continuous development is part of the monthly fee — the system evolves with the company, not once every five years.
What a custom ERP covers
Orders and projects
Order records from inquiry to invoicing, statuses, deadlines, profitability per order. Everyone in the company sees what to do and where each order stands.
Production and planning
Production tickets, bills of materials, machine and staff capacities, deadline planning. A real-time overview of work in progress instead of spreadsheets on a drive.
Warehouse and materials
Receiving, issuing to production, stocktaking, minimum stock levels and automatic ordering. Barcode reader integration included.
Invoicing and accounting integration
Invoices straight from orders, automatic transfer to Pohoda, Money or ABRA. No more retyping between systems.
Reporting and dashboards
Order profitability, production utilisation, stock levels, cash flow — dashboards tailored to what you manage. Data instead of gut feeling.
Gradual expansion by modules
You start with what hurts most; further modules are added within the fee. The system grows with the company — no migration to a „bigger edition“.

How much does a custom ERP system cost?
The first module (orders, inventory or invoicing) starts at CZK 9,900 per month as a subscription, or from CZK 119,000 one-time. An extended system with more modules and integrations from CZK 29,990 per month. Unlike boxed ERPs, you pay no per-user licences and no million-crown implementation.
How long does custom ERP development take?
We deploy the first module in 2–3 months and an extended system with integrations in 3–6 months. We roll out in stages — the company doesn't wait a year for a big bang, it uses the system from the first module.
Why is a custom ERP better than SAP, Helios or Money?
You pay only for what you use, the system mirrors your processes instead of dictating them, and changes are part of the fee, not an invoice from an implementation partner. Boxed ERPs make sense when your processes match the standard — manufacturing and order-driven companies rarely fit it.
Can you integrate with our accounting?
Yes, integration with Pohoda, Money, ABRA or another accounting system is a standard part of the solution. The same goes for e-shops, attendance, barcode readers or production machines with an interface.
We run on Excel today — will we lose our data?
No. We migrate existing data from spreadsheets and legacy systems into the new ERP as part of the rollout. Excel usually stays only where it makes sense — one-off analyses, not running the company.
Who owns the system and the data?
The data is always yours and you can export it in an open format at any time. With the subscription we operate the system; with a one-time purchase you also get the source code. Both can be combined — subscription with a later buyout.
