How much does a school app cost?
A web app for parent communication starts at CZK 4,900 per month as a subscription, or from CZK 49,000 one-time. The version with clubs and payments starts at CZK 9,900 per month, and an iOS and Android mobile app at CZK 29,990 per month. Development, hosting, operations and support are included — the school pays no upfront investment.
How long does development take?
The basic web version goes live in 1–2 months, a system with clubs and payments in 2–3 months, and a complete solution with a mobile app in 3–4 months. Starting development in spring is ideal, so the app runs from the new school year.
How does a custom app differ from Bakaláři or Škola OnLine?
We don't replace the school register or mandatory records — we complement them with what parents use daily: clear communication, clubs, payments and mobile notifications. The app adapts to your school's rules and exchanges data with existing systems via export/import.
Can the app handle payments for lunches, clubs and trips?
Yes. The app issues a payment request with a QR code, automatically matches incoming payments by reference number and reminds late payers. The school clerk no longer checks bank statements by hand.
What about children's data protection (GDPR)?
Data runs on secure EU hosting, access is governed by roles (a parent sees only their child, a teacher only their classes) and all communication is encrypted. We provide a GDPR data processing agreement.
